When customers know that they can reach out via many ways, mostly via popular social media platforms, it gives them the mind that if they do business with you and in any ways encounter any issues, they can connect with you via different platforms.

3. Respond Quickly


There is nothing as painful or should I say stupid for a company to respond to your email a week later. Or, finally pick your phone call after you have ringed them more than four times.

Nothing is more annoying than receiving answer to your question when you have already given up and gone to patronize another competitor.

One good customer service tip that can help your business is responding quickly to your customers. Return calls, email and any other types of request should be quickly responded to.
Monitor social media channels for comment from your customers or new prospect and respond quickly.

4. Always be Polite

Customers are one great asset to your business success. Almost all entrepreneurs try to be polite but some still don’t know how.

No matter how rude your customer might be at a moment about how one of your employees attended to them or about your product or service, the best way to attack it is to be polite and apologize for it.
No matter how, they must be arrogant customers who will always want to make you angry, but no matter what, never return that mood to them. Use politeness to respond to their rudeness.

5. Take Leverage of Social Media


If you as an entrepreneur and you are not taking leverage of social media, then you are certainly not ready for business.

Most of your customers spend most of their time on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and the rest, you will do them more good if you create an account on these popular platforms so they can also reach you easily.
